Roll the dice with us on this one. Bought ingredients months ago, but didn’t leave any record of the intended recipe. So I used my normal stock 2-row and my on-hand hops to flesh this out into a blonde, but who knows what the plan was when I ordered it. Will it turn out? Only time will tell.

While this German dark wheat is a little lighter than expected, it none-the-less deserves an honorary spot in the Jacksonville Jaguars hall of fame. It has a spicy wheat character supported by a light malt base and accentuated with clove.

Cinnamon hard cider fermented with authentic U.P. maple syrup.

A very sweet mead fermented with orange, cinnamon, and clove. This is a great introduction to mead, and don’t worry if the first couple sips are a little sweet. Stick with it, and you’ll soon find out why mead is one of the oldest fermented beverages on the planet.

This beer at last is clone of my clones, hop of my hop. Based off the Dead Ringer recipe from Northern Brewer, this practiced IPA is a close imitation of the famous Two-Hearted Ale by Bell’s Brewery.

A traditional blonde ale based on the highly acclaimed recipe by BierMuncher on HomeBrewTalk, this ale has one noticeable drawback – an annoyingly bubbly head of foam that you just can’t get rid of.

Reminiscent of the state of the universe before the first day of creation, it has an impenetrable black color and a tart bitterness, but its body is light enough to make you wonder if there’s anything there at all.

Based off the recipe from Mysticmead on HomeBrewTalk, this favorite red ale is a deep red in color and features a big bite of malt flavor.

A light gold ale for the times you just need something light, refreshing, and not too sweet.
