Fully carb’d!

With a bit of shuffling to chill the kegs down enough to force carbonate, both kegs of the upcoming dunkelweizen have been fully carbonated. I was initially nervous about how they had turned out, since the taste wasn’t what I was initially expecting, and I had never tried a dunkelweizen before. However, after trying a couple of dunkelweizens at the U.P. Fall Beer Festival over the weekend, I think it’s going to be just fine. I’m still worried they might be a bit “green”, so I’m leaving them out at basement room temperature to let them age a bit before the bachelor party. They might end up being worthy of being called the “Pride of the Jaguars” after all!
