The mead is finally ready! After a long 3 months, today I finally bottled our first attempt at mead. Its hazier than I was hoping, but it smells perfect. We managed to get 6 1/2 500 ml bottles of it out of the batch, so the 1/2 bottle will be perfect for a first taste tonight! It’s still fairly young for mead though, so the rest will be put into storage to continue aging to perfection. We also decided to try out a label on the mead, just to give them a more professional look.
