My first attempt at a saison. Uses the Upper Hand Competition wort from 2019 as a base along with a full mash of my own mixed in.

Malts:Pilsen malt, Pale malt, Dark Munich malt 30L, White wheat malt

Yeast:French Saison (Wyeast 3711)
